The flu is circulating among residents in the Delaware Valley and health officials are expecting more outbreaks this fall. Typically, those effected with swine flu have mild symptoms and hospitals recommend they avoid the emergency room if they can. Elizabeth Datner is the emergency department's medical director at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. "The message is important for people who need emergent care to go to the hospital and get emergent care.
