00:06:17 Doctors are urging pregnant women to protect themselves from swine flu by getting the H1N1 vaccine as soon as it becomes available, though public health experts are advising pregnant women to avoid the nasal mist vaccine. That type of vaccine is expected to be the first to arrive in Pennsylvania. Dr. Neil Fishman leads infection control efforts at Penn Medicine. "There's the injected vaccine that does not contain any live virus and there's the inhaled vaccine that contains a weak form of the virus. We are recommending that pregnant women only receive the injected vaccine that does not contain any live virus." The nasal mist is the only H1N1 vaccine being released across the country now. Pregnant women are on the priority list for the swine flu shot that state health officials expect to become available in two to four weeks. 00:09:17
